Uglies

Uglies imagines a future where mandatory cosmetic surgery divides society at sixteen. Adapting it meant designing a complete civilization — the gleaming spires of New Pretty Town, the dormitory world of the Uglies, and the wild territory beyond both.

The art department moved between physical builds and large-scale digital environments, keeping a consistent architectural language across sets that range from intimate interiors to a skyline that exists only in the story.
